Code of Conduct
We, the employees of Qfact, have established a set of core values which define expectations and promote accountability. Each of us is expected to practice and support others in adhering to the following code of conduct:

We communicate openly and honestly in a diplomatic manner with a positive intent.

We understand and acknowledge others with consideration and courtesy in the way we listen to, speak to and trust others.

We earn and keep trust by demonstrating confidence in ourselves and others.

Teamwork:
We recognize our weaknesses and strive towards strength. We recognize our strengths and celebrate those achievements. We acknowledge the fact that achievements greatly depend on our ability to work together as a team.

Attitude:
We approach day-to-day events with optimism and positive intent. We aim towards finding solutions as to how something can be done rather than concluding why it cannot.

Professionalism:
We present and conduct ourselves in a manner that reflects favorably on ourselves, Qfact and the marketing research industry. Each of us is accountable for our actions and for performing to the best of our abilities.
