Qfact was
fundamental in the development of videoconferencing technology for market
research applications. With so many companies expanding to the global
arena, videoconferencing can save clients the hassles and expenses of
travel as well as the hidden costs of time out of the office. As the world
gets smaller, videoconferencing is becoming not just a luxury but a necessity.
Qfact is
proud to be part of the FocusVision network, offering the following services:
Videoconferencing
- Videoconferencing
transmits live focus groups from a FocusVision network facility to other
network facilities or client offices around the country or around the
world.
- Multi-point
videoconferences allow participants to view the groups from two or more
sites. For example, you could have a focus group here in Cincinnati
with viewers in New York, Los Angeles, even London or Tokyo.
- FocusVision uses on-site
technicians operating a dual moving camera system for each project so you see a dynamic viewing experience
with full group shots and close-ups on respondents and materials anywhere in the room.
FocusVision
Online
- View live
focus groups from any place you have a personal computer with Internet
access, be it at work, at home or on the road.
- The backroom
chat feature allows you to discuss the focus groups with on-line colleagues
who may be down the road or across the country. In fact, up to 20 computers
can access the focus group at a time.
- While viewing on-line,
VideoMarker CD Recording is now available. While watching in the back room or viewing your project
from anywhere in the world, you can take notes and make video bookmarks on your own laptop. You
receive a CD containing your entire project, VideoMarker Editor software, and the bookmarks
and notes you just made.
- Dual password
system ensures that your on-line project is completely secure. And if
you can't watch the focus groups while they are happening, they can
be archived for up to thirty days.
- Go to
www.focusvision.com/online/index.htm
to watch a demonstration.
Qfact also
provides videoconferencing services for non-research clients. Public
room videoconferencing is provided by The Videoconferencing Center
of Cincinnati. It is perfect for interviews, legal depositions or meetings
between company branches.
